We recommend guidance…

Applying asanas to heal injuries is not something you can start doing just by yourself.

You need guidance, a professional yoga instructor, and the proper conditions.

So you´d better look for a good yoga retreat where you can be guided and supported by professionals, sharing at the same time your experience with other practitioners getting extra emotional support as well.

Supported fish pose.

This asana helps in relieving tension while providing a great stretch to the neck, stomach, and shoulder.

You can also connect back to breathing, releasing stress and anxiety.

It boosts deep breathing and respiratory relief, both of which are important in diminishing the fight-or-flight response during a panic attack.

You can use a yoga block if you consider you need it, or when you are starting.

Corpse pose.

This is generally the last asanas in a yoga session, it represents the ultimate relaxation, this is everybody´s favorite one.

After working out different asanas and challenging postures, this position will guide you into a sense of acceptance, peace, and relaxation.

You take some minutes to rest, this one is wonderful but important at the same time is not a simple as just lying there, it goes beyond.

Cobra

Cobra asana is the best one to relieve stress.

It improves your mood while reducing roughness and pain in the lower back.
