Cancellation and Refund
You are eligible to receive a full refund of your deposit, less any operational expenses and bank fees, if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. However, any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. Please note that operational expenses and bank fees will be deducted from the refunded amount as applicable.
To request a refund of your deposit, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and the reason for cancellation. We will process your refund within a reasonable time frame, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other extraordinary events, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
At the time of check-in, it is required to complete 100% of the payment. If the payment is not completed, the program cannot be commenced.
